Changing your Station Control Panel password when you know your current one
We’ve added a feature that lets you change your password to something more memorable. Simply login with your existing details, then click the key icon in the top right. This will take you to a page where you can specify a new password. We’ve got some simple password rules to keep your account safe.
Resetting your Station Control Panel password if you don’t know it
To protect the security of your account, we don’t allow self-service password resets just yet. Instead, use the links on the right to open a support case with your username and station and we’ll reset the password for you. Just so you know, we can only accept requests from named station contacts whom we have on file, or a station director.
Keeping your details up-to-date
We require all stations to ensure we have up-to-date contact details. As a minimum, we ask for a name, email address and phone number for a day-to-day contact whom we’ll get in touch with, if we discover problems – and a billing contact who’ll receive invoices and other accounting related information. If you believe this to have changed, or you’re not sure we’ve got the right people on file in the first place (it happens!) then open a support ticket and we’ll update our records accordingly.
